Privacy and Data Requests

To delete locally stored game data and the anonymous online account used for multiplayer, open Zero Snaps and go to Settings, then select "Delete Account." Ad-removal purchase entitlement is preserved so a paid purchase continues to work.

How do I remove ads?

Zero Snaps offers a one-time purchase to permanently remove advertisements. The current price is shown in the Settings screen before purchase.

How do rewarded ads work?

Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch one, the app grants the offered reward only after the ad provider confirms the reward was earned.

How do I delete my data?

Open the game and go to Settings, then select "Delete Account." This permanently removes progress, records, preferences, hint data, and local online identifiers from your device. Deletion also attempts to delete the anonymous online account and marks cloud-save data as deleted when platform cloud save is available. If you purchased ad removal, that entitlement is preserved so the purchase continues to work.

How do I manage ad consent?

In regions where Google requires privacy options, the Settings screen shows "Manage ad consent." You can use that link to reopen Google's consent form.

Is an account required?

No Zero Snaps account is required. Online multiplayer uses an anonymous Firebase identifier in the background so matches can work without asking for your name, email address, or password. Cloud saves may rely on your iCloud or Google Play Games account, depending on your platform settings.

Does Zero Snaps use cloud saves?

Progress may be backed up and restored through iCloud on iOS or Google Play Games Services on Android when those services are available.

How does online multiplayer work?

Create a lobby and share the code with a friend. No Zero Snaps account is needed. Match data is temporary and is automatically deleted within 24 hours.
