These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zero Snaps ("the game," "we," "us," or "our"), including the web, iOS, and Android versions. By using the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Zero Snaps is a free math puzzle game available on the web, iOS, and Android. The game includes solo puzzle modes, daily puzzles, and online multiplayer. Advertisements are displayed during gameplay on all platforms.
The mobile versions of Zero Snaps offer an optional one-time in-app purchase ($2.99 USD) to permanently remove advertisements. All payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their respective refund processes. We are unable to process refunds directly.

All content in Zero Snaps, including but not limited to the game design, graphics, animations, sounds, code, and puzzle generation systems, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the game without our prior written consent.
The game uses third-party services including Firebase, Google AdSense, Google AdMob, and Cloudflare. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. For details on what data these services collect, please see our Privacy Policy.
Your use of Zero Snaps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how data deletion works.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the game, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or overrides any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the game at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
